1. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
- Returns are only accepted if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged/spoiled on delivery.
- Items were missing from your order.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect address given at checkout.
- Courier delays beyond our control.
3. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order (if not processed/shipped).
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
